A single woman eats Korean pork-and-rice soup alone in the restaurant from Image , following this exact order: noodles → pork → rice → completely empty bowl. Close-up, three-quarter angle, slightly low, anamorphic widescreen, shallow DOF, oval bokeh, realistic handheld cinematic footage.
SETUP:
Dark earthenware bowl of bubbling milky pork soup with somyeon, pork slices, spring onion and steam. Rice bowl with lid on the right. Seasoned chives, salted shrimp and red seasoning paste on the left. Spoon, chopsticks, napkin and water cup in front. Phone in her left hand. Nothing else on the table. Objects only move when visibly handled and always return to their place.
0–9s — NOODLES:
She holds the phone in her left hand while her right hand grabs chopsticks, digs under the pork, lifts noodles and slurps them quickly twice. Her eyes constantly move between the phone and bowl with natural blinking. She switches to the spoon, drinks broth and mutters naturally: “와 국물.” Chopsticks return to napkin; noodles are visibly reduced.
9–18s — PORK:
She puts the phone face down on the left. Her right hand pours the chives into the soup, adds a little salted shrimp and stirs once. She picks up a thick pork slice, eats it and chews heavily, eyes briefly closing, eyebrows lifting, then nods once. No dialogue.
18–25s — RICE:
She pulls the rice bowl closer, removes the lid, holds the rice bowl with both hands and dumps all the rice into the soup with a dense wet thud. She says brightly: “밥 투척!” She stirs twice, takes a large spoonful and immediately chews.
25–30s — FINISH:
She tilts the soup bowl toward herself and scrapes out the final broth and rice with the spoon. She finishes it, drops the spoon with a clatter, wipes her mouth, leans back and exhales: “아 개배불러.” At 27s the camera slowly tilts down to the now-empty bowl, showing broth streaks and one grain of rice on the rim, while she rises blurred in the background and walks away.
AI slop is easy, but this kind of realism is the real flex. 🤯

30-second ultra-realistic 16:9 early-2000s Sony MiniDV home video.
Use the uploaded reference image as the exact character reference. A naturally beautiful young Korean woman with realistic skin, minimal makeup, long dark-brown hair in a low messy ponytail, and identical facial identity, proportions, and appearance throughout.
OUTFIT: Oversized washed-gray zip hoodie, white fitted tee, dark-navy straight-leg jeans, worn white canvas sneakers, small black shoulder bag, silver ring, and simple watch. Keep everything consistent.
LOCATION: Quiet Japanese residential neighborhood just after sunrise—compact houses, vending machines, bicycles, laundromat, convenience store, utility poles, overhead cables, kei cars, drainage channels, and distant apartments. The neighborhood slowly wakes up.
VISUAL STYLE: Candid, unstaged footage filmed by a friend. Handheld MiniDV camcorder, imperfect framing, natural shakes, focus hunting, exposure pumping, faded DV colors, soft contrast, subtle compression, motion blur, and occasional blown highlights. No cinematic stabilization, modern camera movements, or glossy commercial look.
00:00–00:08: She exits a small apartment, notices the camera, gives a sleepy half-smile, then buys a warm canned drink from a vending machine. The camera briefly loses focus.
00:08–00:16: She passes a laundromat, watches spinning machines through the glass, laughs when she notices she’s still being filmed, then pulls her hood halfway up. A delivery cyclist passes; she steps aside and gives a small polite bow.
00:16–00:23: She reaches a convenience-store window, points at a breakfast item, looks at the camera with an amused expression, and takes a sip. Warm sunlight begins reaching the street.
00:23–00:30: She walks beneath utility poles, turns toward the sunlight, and briefly closes her eyes. The camera exposure shifts naturally. At a pedestrian crossing, she looks down the empty street, then back at the camera with a tiny smile before walking away. The camera lingers behind her as she gets smaller between the houses. Hard cut to black.
AUDIO: Authentic location sound only—bicycle bells, footsteps, vending-machine clicks, can opening, laundromat machinery, faint traffic, birds, wind, distant Japanese voices, and neighborhood ambience. No music, narration, voiceover, or added cinematic effects.
NEGATIVE: No generic Asian woman, identity changes, outfit changes, staged posing, influencer behavior, cinematic slow motion, beauty filters, excessive bokeh, fantasy, subtitles, captions, logos, watermarks, or on-screen text. Realistic Korean facial features, Japanese architecture, walking physics, hair movement, and MiniDV camera behavior. The entire video must feel like a genuine forgotten personal recording discovered years later.

FORMAT: 30-second horizontal 16:9 realistic smartphone video.
Create an authentic, imperfect everyday gym phone recording, as if a friend casually left a phone recording on a nearby bench. Use a standard smartphone camera with mild autofocus hunting, subtle exposure shifts, natural motion blur, compression artifacts, and slightly uneven handheld framing. No polished commercial look.
00–05s — ARRIVAL
The character walks into a nearly empty gym after finishing a difficult set. They place a water bottle and towel beside a bench, sit down heavily, and lean forward with both elbows on their knees. Their breathing is noticeably heavy.
Camera remains several feet away at a slightly low angle, as if casually recording from a phone placed on a gym bench.
05–10s — RECOVERY
They slowly unscrew the water bottle, take two small drinks, then pause with the bottle still in their hand. Their chest continues rising and falling from exertion.
They look down at their hands for a moment, flex their fingers, then wipe sweat from their forehead with the towel.
10–15s — THE NEXT SET
A gym timer or workout screen is visible in the background but remains completely out of focus and unreadable.
The character notices the timer, looks at it, gives a small tired smile, and shakes their head as if realizing they have less rest time than expected.
They stand up slowly and roll their shoulders.
15–20s — PUSHING THROUGH
They walk toward a cable machine and adjust the weight themselves.
Close natural phone framing as they step into position. They briefly close their eyes, take one deep breath, then begin a controlled exercise set.
Show realistic physical effort: tightening muscles, sweat collecting around the forehead and neck, slight trembling near the end of each repetition, natural breathing rather than exaggerated acting.
20–25s — FINAL REP
The final repetitions become visibly difficult.
They pause halfway through one repetition, breathe hard, regain control, and complete the movement with genuine effort.
After finishing, they slowly release the handle, bend forward slightly, and place their hands on their thighs while catching their breath.
25–30s — QUIET ENDING
They grab the towel, wipe their face and neck, then look directly toward the phone for a brief moment.
With a tired but satisfied expression, they quietly say in a natural low voice:
“Okay… that was worth it.”
They pick up the water bottle and walk out of frame.
End naturally while the camera continues recording for a moment before the clip stops.
AUDIO
Natural gym ambience only: distant weights being placed down, cable machine sounds, rubber flooring footsteps, ventilation hum, subtle clothing movement, water bottle clicks, realistic breathing, and occasional muffled gym sounds.
Dialogue should sound spontaneous and slightly breathless, not scripted or theatrical.
VISUAL REALISM
Authentic smartphone footage, ordinary gym lighting, realistic skin texture, visible pores, natural sweat, slightly flushed face, damp hair around the forehead, realistic muscle movement, imperfect exposure, mild phone-camera sharpening, compression noise, subtle autofocus changes, believable shadows and reflections.
STRICTLY AVOID: cinematic color grading, beauty filters, artificial skin smoothing, dramatic slow motion, music, subtitles, captions, logos, readable text, fake gym equipment, exaggerated muscles, perfect lighting, fisheye distortion, excessive camera shake, unrealistic sweat, duplicated limbs, warped hands, unnatural facial expressions, scene cuts, time jumps, or skipping the described actions.
