Halo, My Days!
Pertama-tama, kami ingin memberikan update mengenai produksi merch event Lucky Melody. Saat ini seluruh merch sudah selesai diproduksi dan sedang dalam pengiriman menuju lokasi admin kami (Tangerang) untuk kemudian kami kemas. Setelahnya, kami akan mengirimkan link 🍊 melalui email agar bisa dicheckout oleh My Day pada event tanggal 25. Mohon maaf atas keterlambatannya terkait antrean produksi yang tidak terkalkulasikan sebelumnya.
Kedua, dikarenakan kendala lain pada proses produksi kaos kaki (kesulitan bahan baku) yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian hasil akhir produk dengan salah satu desain yang kami tawarkan (desain Lucky), kami telah memutuskan beberapa hal berikut:
ꕤ Seluruh pembeli merch set kaos kaki dan/atau fullset akan medapatkan refund sebesar 40% dari harga merch kaos kaki (Rp20.000)
ꕤ Refund berlaku kelipatan pembelian set kaos kaki. Seluruh pemesan merch kaos kaki akan tetap menerima 2 desain/set yg dibeli, namun dana pembelian akan direfund 40%.
ꕤ Detail mengenai perbedaan desain kaos kaki Lucky ver. akan kami unggah ketika merch sudah sampai lokasi admin.
ꕤ Detail lebih lanjut mengenai refund akan disertakan pada email link CO.
Ketiga, sebagai bentuk permohonan maaf kami dikarenakan proses produksi yang terlampau lama, setiap pembeli merch Lucky Melody berkesempatan mendapatkan:
