-They have accumulated enough wealth, they are not fearing layoffs

2026:
- Applying to 500+ jobs and still hearing nothing back
- Need 5+ years experience for roles labelled “entry level”
- Training AI tools that might eventually replace part of their own job
- Always one Slack message away from a layoff
- Constantly upskilling after work just to remain employable next year
