Started WHEELing in November 2025. Averaging $4300/month in options income ALONE. Include dividends, I’m closer to $4700-$5000/month.
Mostly was just off a $150k portfolio. As of late April, I have pushed more funds in from sold real estate.
I looked into IUL’s cause I did Life insurance for a little bit. I read all into IULs and whole-life “be your own banker” type things.
I even saw the projected returns tracked year by year. I wouldn’t do it. They act like there is no risk. What they don’t tell you is they get a huge commission when they sell those.

@KresoOptions But if you’re writing CCs at your entry price appreciation isn’t helping anyways.
Core position in them can get you 18-24% on the year without risking being down heavily.
I don’t full port them, but 2% per month on good size % of portfolio is great

$GLD piercing the 200 SMA after a big run has historically been a buying opportunity more often than not.
For $SLV, I’m HAPPY taking assignment at $50-$55 and selling CCs for HIGH ass premium.
This is the perfect range imo as it is very safe at those prices and may stay in this range for while.
This is where most option writers mess up. They write CSPs too early at bad prices so when price drops, they’re stuck with prices they can’t get any premium on….
Be wary of investors who are biased 100% on 1 form of investing. Stocks. Real estate. Crypto. Business.
Opportunity in all at different times. My biggest win in stocks came in 2020/2021.
My biggest win in real estate came this year. Purchased home in 2023 for $850K property with $350K invested. Now debt free and worth 1.35M.
Look for opportunities. Not investments.
