@janehorrocks_ Over 10 years ago, on the fast train from Milan to Paris, a woman who was sat near me had her suitcase stolen from the vestibule rack by some guys who got on and off while we were stopped at Chambéry. She realised a bit later but nobody helped her. The staff didn’t seem to care.
@noyeahobviously I made a kahoot for a middle school French class that included “I am late” and it got quarantined. I had to write to their support to get it unblocked.
@Tedthekelpie@sbxr In paper towel, the paper fibres have reached a point where they can’t really be recycled into much else. They are compostable though.
@boygrrI A few years ago, we locked ourselves out of our flat on a Sunday, well technically we were trapped on the balcony. We’d only just moved in too. The agency charged us $400 to bring the spare key from the office. It was in our contract. 😿
@AussieShyGirl17 Actually, contrary to what you might be thinking, governments, both state and federal, are basically doing nothing. It’s entirely local communities raising the issue and calling for action.
@AussieShyGirl17 It’s definitely not fake. I wish it were. Come to Adelaide and see for yourself. It is devastating for the community in SA, and there are certainly more than a handful of pics. It was vets who issued the warning for dogs. I don’t really know what else to say.
