What these girls fail to realize it’s that because Taylor’s fan base is so large we cross with a lot of other fandoms, most of us are fans of multiple artist, a lot of Taylor fans are also Zara fans and her dissing Swifties is a big mistake cuz one thing Taylor fans do is keep receipts, also it would benefit them more to embrace us instead of dissing us, like Sabrina like Gracie like Sombr specially when Taylor is on tour break, because we do love live music and have money to spend. If Taylor numbers show you anything is that we have money to spend and if you are nice to us we might spend it on you too 🤷🏻♀️
Actually, NOBODY likes you when you're depressed. Plain and simple. We can talk all day about MENTAL HEALTH and how important it is but the moment you are depressed, people really start to distance themselves.
They see you as NEGATIVE, a BURDEN, and someone too HEAVY to handle.
If I’m being completely honest, half the things I went through were because of me, my lack of discipline, ignoring my gut feelings, my inability to set boundaries, say NO when necessary, and my poor decision-making.
As I grew older, I learned that the key to surviving the day isn't positivity, it's acceptance. Accepting that not all days are good and happy, you will have bad days, you make mistakes, you fail, you mess up, everything's not going to fall into place and that's okay.
I think the reason I get so mad at certain people and certain situations is because if it were me, I’d never even think to do you like that on any day.
I read a quote that said, “You can be the prettiest shade of green, but you’ll never be enough for someone whose favorite color is blue,” and it really stuck with me.
the best decision i ever made was to be quiet, i have nothing to prove. i’m not convincing anyone that i’m a great person. i’m not fixing what i didn’t break. i’m not fighting for anyone to see my worth. whatever you do is on you. just hope you don’t regret it. as for me, i’m moving forward, free and at peace.
There are bits of me I hope I never lose. My smile, my laughter, my heart and how large it is, my grace, kindness and warmth. The world has tried hardening me, but I will forever choose to be soft. And I’ll keep holding on to that gently but firmly, for as long as I live.
i just heard someone say, “maybe you don’t need more time to heal, maybe you need more experiences that show your nervous system a different reality.”
and, yeah.
i hate being on bad terms with people i genuinely love. part of me wants to reach out, apologise, and fix everything. but i’m tired. people keep revealing who they really are, and at some point you have to accept it. sometimes all you can do is wish them well and let them go.
Social media gives us a perception of access to people's lives without relationship with them, so we think we know people based on what they choose to share. It's a warped view. There are a million layers to a person that will never be revealed by the posts they make.
Boss: “You arrived 10 minutes late.”
Employee: “Yesterday I stayed late finishing that last-minute report.”
Boss: “I understand… but rules are rules.”
The next day, the employee arrived exactly on time.
And at 6:00 p.m. sharp, shut down the computer.
No extra emails. No work taken home.
If punctuality is non-negotiable, then effort must have boundaries too.
Recognition cannot be one-sided.
When mistakes are highlighted but dedication is ignored, the real message becomes clear:
“Do only what’s required. Nothing more.”
Empathy costs nothing.
The absence of it? That can cost you everything—especially your best people
I hate when people say, “Someone out there probably has it worse.” How is that supposed to help me? Just because someone else has bigger problems doesn’t invalidate my own problems and trauma, nor does it make mine go away. My pain isn’t a competition.
