@ronda_3 @Prince_Fynnd I use about 1/4 tsp per pint. I actually just made a quart, so I used 1/2 tsp. The orange pieces are turmeric. I used 1 whole (finger size). Also ginger. Leave in jar for 24 hrs and shake gently when you remember. It will grow mold if you leave mire than 24 hr w/o shaking.

@Prince_Fynnd Please note, to activate the turmeric, add black pepper as well. You will not taste it as the lemon and honey flavors overpower it. The black pepper contains peperine, which activates the curcumin in the turmeric, increasing it's bioavailabilty. I add fresh ginger too.
