📢 اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کا حالیہ فیصلہ - عورتوں کے اسلامی حقوق پر حملہ!

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے حالیہ فیصلے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ شادی کے دوران بنائے گئے تمام اثاثے طلاق کے وقت شوہر اور بیوی میں برابر تقسیم ہوں گے۔

اس کا سیدھا مطلب یہ ہے کہ جو شادی شدہ عورت شادی کے بعد نوکری، کاروبار یا کسی کیریئر سے پیسے کما کر اثاثے بنائے گی، طلاق کی صورت میں ان کا آدھا حصہ اسے اپنے شوہر کو دینا پڑے گا، جبکہ اسلام میں یہ مسلمہ بات ہے کہ بیوی کی کمائی ہر حال میں صرف بیوی کی ہوتی ہے۔ شوہر کا اس پر کوئی حق نہیں۔ بیوی کی جائیداد، کمائی اور اثاثے مکمل طور پر اس کے اپنے اختیار میں رہتے ہیں۔

لیکن یہ لوگ سیکولر فیصلے کرتے کرتے نہ صرف اسلام کے واضح احکامات کی خلاف ورزی کر رہے ہیں بلکہ عورتوں کو ان شرعی حقوق سے بھی محروم کر رہے ہیں جو اللہ تعالیٰ اور رسول ﷺ نے انہیں عطا فرمائے ہیں۔

یہ فیصلہ عورت کے حقِ ملکیت کو چھین کر اسے مزید کمزور بنانے کا ذریعہ بن رہا ہے۔
