@DuchessODork @Azzarash That’s a million-dollar question since I, too, was looking for one in all the wrong places. Some other places I suggest are joining social sports, volunteering, activity meetups, friends, volunteering, etc., though most of my friends were from the apps 🤣

@BarredinDC If the restaurant gives workers the service fee before tax is applied. Both the restaurant and the worker have to pay taxes.

@BarredinDC My husband, an accountant for restaurants in DC, said if a service fee is applied after tax, it goes to workers, and restaurants just temp hold it. If service free is before taxaplies, then it is considered an income by the restaurant. They may or may not give it to workers.
