The logging queue was backed up and caused processing of incoming messages to be delayed - this has been fixed, no email messages have been lost, and we're seeing messages flowing through the system as normal.
There was an issue with incoming messages being queued for a very long time-- we are clearing the queues and you should start seeing messages flowing shortly.
Note that this issue only appeared for some clients-- we're working out which clients were impacted. If you saw a delay in messages, you can drop in a support ticket.
Earlier, an issue with Amazon caused mail messages to be saved in the queue longer than they should have been, and marked as delivered when they hadn't yet. That issue has been solved and no messages have been lost.
The database issue has been fixed; some reputations have been reset, and should resolve themselves shortly. No messages have been lost, and we're back up at 100%.
One of our network block list partners started running slowly, and that caused a backup in the queue. That block list has been temporarily disabled - full postmortem to customers later.
