For clarity, how can an account be falsely shadow banned if confirmed suspicious activity’s have to occur? Also, If you can monitor accounts and see them play if it’s obviously a hacker why do they get out into a shadow lobby vs ban. I personally think there should be a whole rebuild around the system. I’m happen to share my ideas if you’d like to reach out always been a dream of mine to make the game I love better :)
I understand you’re real people doing a tough job, but your role is to enforce fair-play policies so that everyone can compete on equal footing.
But we are here again, the game has once again reached a point where competitive play is almost unplayable due to the volume and sophistication of cheaters. We’ve been told multiple times that improvements were coming and that the situation would get better, yet here we are again facing the same (or worse) problems.
How do we know things will actually improve this time when past promises haven’t delivered results?
I’m a long time player who wants the game to succeed. Clear, consistent, and visible progress on the anti-cheat side would go a long way toward restoring trust in the competitive scene. Might be the only thing really holding the game back from being great.
I speak for us all.

this is where it gets dangerous. casual people thinking they understand what’s natural and unnatural. causing “ricochet” to false ban (shadow ban) handreds of accounts daily. Everyone’s brain set is if he was ready or just so happened to be lined up with me through a wall for a second he has to be cheating. he checked a corner he’s cheating. people get lucky, you get lucky. or said people could genuinely just be better.
Cheaters are not the only ones ruining the game though I do agree they are the main problem.
