Scoop: Multiple sources say @Titans CEO Burke Nihill is hiring Arizona Cardinals COO Jeremy Walls as the team’s new EVP & Chief Business Officer.

Walls is a defendant (alongside Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill) in a lawsuit filed by his former executive assistant and a former assistant coach. Both allege racial discrimination, retaliation, and a hostile work environment.

A federal judge has ordered the case to NFL arbitration; it remains pending. The Cardinals have denied the claims.

Walls previously announced he would step down as Cardinals COO at the end of the 2026 season.
