@chopstickfury01 what’s even more annoying is that because it’s technically a graduate student aide role, i can’t work remotely or during off hours. they could totally hire me under an “extra assistance” role and bypass all of that

lolololol part time boss shared his screen during our team meeting to show notes from meeting with his boss and saw my name at the top because I had to take time off last week for my allergic reaction and follow up with my doctor WHILE ALREADY working 40hrs at my full time job

@M4IDENL3SS i worked in higher ed 6 years to have most of my masters paid for, had an extremely traumatic experience caused by my supervisor at the time who risked the life of a student.

been working in crisis mental health ever since and it’s so much better for my anxiety.
