BREAKING: The EU and Canada are set to announce a massive "all encompassing" partnership which will range from trade to security after President Trump's latest tariffs, per Bloomberg.

Details include:

1. Canada and the EU seek to build a new alliance to "offset the global power politics dominated by the US and China"

2. The partnership is expected to be announced on September 16th

3. Short of EU membership, the EU and Canada want to "get as close as legally possible"

4. Canada was also the first country outside of the EU to join the EU’s $175 billion military procurement fund
