My personal opinion. 🇨🇦 Prisons are mostly humane. It's a bit regional though. In the prairies(West), big problem is over incarceration of indigenous peoples. But are we clothed, fed, etc humanely - I say "yes". We've ended LWOP and solitary recently, so theres that.
