80kg i have done a couple of times before, i suddenly couldn’t lift and adjust the safety of the machine, had to ask for help 😭😭
Luteal phase had me being a weak ass 😩

I lift weights 3-4 times weekly, and went from frame 1 to frame 2 in a little over a year and been maintaining it.
34kg down! Working out and eating healthier was the best decision!

Yeah i have some loose skin but very little tbh. I think because i started lifting heavy weights from the beginning it helped to prevent a lot of loose skin
