喉の痛みには、
銀翹散（ぎんぎょうさん）
が効くことが分かった。
うがいするように、喉に行き渡らせるとよいのだけど、
あまりに不味いので、半量ずつ、時間ずらして飲んでみた😆

GWですが、絶賛風邪引いてます。
はちみつ大根に
黒糖
生姜
シナモン
VICKSのど飴plus ハーバルミントパウダー

を加えてシロップ作ってみた。
少しコーラっぽくて美味しい。
