I love my kids and grandkids

[Amy Leigh @IAmyLeigh]

🚨 BREAKING UPDATE: Family shared photos have been released of U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Ian Patterson, who tragically passed away following a 150 foot fall during a military rappelling demonstration before the UTSA and Navy football game at the Alamodome on Saturday evening, October 17th.

Beyond his 15 decorated years of service including assignments in Korea, Germany, and Fort Carson where he met his wife, Niki Patterson was recognized as the 2022 Air Force Special Warfare Enlisted Instructor of the Year.

Now, his family faces an unimaginable reality. Niki is a stay at home, homeschooling mother to their two young boys, and Ian was the family's primary financial provider.

His brother in law has organized a fundraiser to help Niki and the children rebuild and potentially move closer to family for support.

Ian dedicated 15 years to serving others. Now, his family needs us to show up for them. Please keep Niki, her boys, and everyone mourning Ian in your thoughts and prayers.
