oscar: we're doing everything we can to improve. it's been a very good team response in trying improve as quick as we can. i feel well supported.

oscar: a little bit. the progress isn't linear. you always find things that work and that don't, we're still in that phase. we're making progress and we're not standing still, which is the most important.
