He claimed that after years of struggling, he had finally secured a career to build a future with her, and her decision to leave felt like a betrayal he couldn't handle.

The legal battle concluded as the trial recently wrapped up with a clear message from the Brazos County justice system. Despite defense efforts to lean into his mental state at the time, the jury found him guilty of First-Degree M*rder.

When he admitted he was "DOING AN ID CHECK" he officially violated the 4TH AMENDMENT and his oath. I dont understand how this isnt grounds for IMMEDIATE TERMINATION since the oath they swear to "DEFEND AND UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION" is technically THE ONE AND ONLY JOB THEY HAVE and they MUST SWEAR this oath before receiving the authority they have.
