I encourage folks to stop searching for their ‘dream job’ and look for a job that seems like it will fulfill you (monetarily, subject of work, ppl you’d work with, etc) for the next few years. That’s how this industry works.

@dan_abramov Cabbage is tasty. I often eat it as a snack, raw, instead of something else (like chips). Not everyone can handle the slightly bitter taste though

Hotels that host parties should comp other paid guests for the sleep they do not get because of the noise. No apologies, no earplugs or white noise machines provided. Just stay up past midnight multiple nights in a row. Used to stay at @Hilton a lot but this is the last stay

Mask wearing is literally the same type of thing as refrigerators, sunscreen, bug spray, spaying your pets, cancer screening, seatbelts.

NONE of those things work perfectly all the time. But ALL of them help reduce harms some of the time.

Harm reduction is the goal.
