Over the past month, and no later three weeks, many Band A users in Abuja have received less than 16hrs of power. Given this improvement, it would be fair to consider moving from Band A to B, especially where the agreed supply targets have not been met. @aedcelectricity@NERCNG

Dear @aedcelectricity I eagerly want to ask your management team, of what use is FREE meter for Band A customers if your are unable to supply power for 5-6 days!!! No excuse, no explanation, nothing. Just darkness and silence. I have made several complaints yet no resolution.

Dear JAS, I’m sure it’s embarrassing saying the same thing over & over again. Continuously apologizing for subpar service performance lol. Anyway, just to give you an update, power has still not been restored. Day 6, Unfortunately, @NERCNG hasnt done anything about it yet. BandA

Aha! @aedcelectricity This was my complaint sometime last year. Still, present day, 4-5days and counting no power supply. So much a premium service for an and A customers. Yet you charge so high but can’t afford to serve your clients. Very Unfair.
Dear @aedcelectricity it is embarrassing to your organization& unfair to your customers on Band A supply who haven’t had light in the last 48hrs without a single apology or explanation from your office. This has been reoccurring since June 2024 & all complaints have been ignored.
