Here's the important part:
It's when the sun goes down and things get dark that you really need your rebooting skills.
Because way less people relapse on their best day.
Relapses happen most often on the difficult days.
The stressful days.
The lonely days.
The days when life punches you in the mouth and you don't feel like fighting.
That's the real test.
Now you might be wondering:
"So how do you pass that test, then?"
Well, let me answer that with a question of my own.
When is the best time to fix the roof of your house?
When it's raining?
Or on a sunny day before the storm arrives?
I think almost everyone would answer:
"Before the storm, of course."
And they'd be right.
That's the smart way to do it.
The same thing applies to your reboot journey...
You make a plan.
And then you practice that plan a few times each week, whether you're having urges or not.
That's right.
You go through your plan even during the periods when everything feels easy.
Because that's how you prepare yourself for the days when it doesn't.
The days when you're tired.
The days when you're stressed.
The days when an urge catches you off guard.
Those are not the moments when you want to be figuring out what to do.
You want to already know.
You want your response to be automatic.
I hope that makes sense.
Let's keep walking the path, my brother...
Because this is truly an amazing journey.

These urges are my biggest problem"
But you know what?
They were NOT the problem.
The urge was often just a symptom.
Let me explain...
Most addictive behaviors are forms of escapism.
* Pxrn.
* Alcohol.
* Cigaretters
* Endless scrolling.
* Video games.
They all have one thing in common:
They help us temporarily escape something we don't want to feel.
* Stress.
* Disappointment.
* Loneliness.
* Anxiety.
* Rejection.
* Boredom.
The interesting thing is that after years of using pxrn as an escape something strange can happen:
You stop noticing the emotion.
Instead, you only notice the craving.
For example...
You come home after a difficult day.
You feel an urge to watch pxrn.
But if I were able to pause time and ask you:
"What are you actually feeling right now?"
Many guys wouldn't know.
Not because the emotion isn't there.
But because their brain has become so fast at escaping it that they skip straight to the craving.
The stress never gets noticed.
The loneliness never gets noticed.
The sadness never gets noticed.
All they feel is a void that manifests as:
"I want pxrn now!"
That realization changed a lot for me.
Because once I started asking myself:
"What am I actually feeling right now?"
Everything became easier to understand.
The urge was often just a messenger.
Pointing toward something deeper.
And if you learn to sit with that feeling for a moment...
Instead of immediately escaping it...
You'll often discover what has really been driving the addiction all along.
Keep walking the path, my brother…
Cause this is truly an amazing journey!
The longer you stay in addiction , the worse / damaging you become . (Addiction is brain disease , treat it an emergency not a choice . Addiction is a fault in the brain. See it so.
