I have a new essay in the brand new issue of @pratajournal. "The Immolations" features some reflections on Raden Saleh, Werner Herzog, and Riar Rizaldi, threaded together by a personal, literary narrative: https://t.co/RW8ebLEtMO

Hi friends! A quick, informal update, but I'm exceedingly excited to be participating in the @arcusproject Research residency this June. I'll be working on a writing project centred on film, tentatively titled "Dreaming Machine", after the unfinished Kon Satoshi project. 🐿️
New piece out! Play/Time is an essay about games, catastrophe, the experience of time, and human connection in this age of disaster that we live in. The piece features Half-Life 2, @jasoncordova6's Brindlewood Bay, and climate-action board game Daybreak.

A piece of mine was recently longlisted for @anthology_mag's flash fiction competition. (Read the piece recently in an undergraduate class at the University of Iowa during @UIIWP!) Didn't make it further, but congrats to all the longlistees, shortlistees, and eventual winner! 🙌🏻

Daryl Li, author of Tenderly, Tenderly, was in a super article on SingLit. It is a source of immense pride to have a connection to the brilliant Singaporean literary scene through @nonstickpanda!

We are also pleased to announce the participation of Daryl LI (@nonstickpanda, #Singapore). Learn more about him and his work here: https://t.co/yMHg4SksC8
