Why that matters:

A TMF Pass is soulbound. Not a flip. 1 pass = 2 seats. A seat is a vote in an on-chain mutual fund, not a jpeg. Holders pick what the fund buys. The briefcase collects the dividend. 100% of the mint goes into the funds.

Spent some quality time with my friends this weekend and I realized how many different chairs we sit on a day to day basis.

Each seat has a purpose, a reward, a calling.

You activate a seat and its scarcity over time becomes valuable.

I guess this weekend taught me that when you’re making decisions with friends, you’re mutually aligned.
