@MostLikeyDani this is actually adorable
i know it'd spit in the artistic message of the film, but these three going on cartoony backrooms adventures would be fun
@CoyoteCoils@Rayaan_Pog or, if he was going to fight in a completely lucid state, it'd be in a nonlethal fashion, like how he forces Kris and Susie out by just pushing them
@CoyoteCoils@Rayaan_Pog i don't think most of those people expected him to straight up go "KRIS, MY ADOPTED CHILD, I AM GOING TO MURDER YOU, COMPLETELY OF MY OWN WILL AND CLEAR MIND", probably more of a mind or body control thing
@PJam06 Yeah, her portrait looks just kinda frustrated, but her overworld sprite looks almost *anguished*. Like, frustrated, but also upset, betrayed, worried.
@Myahgirly@RyanIsDoStuff Not so much the fight itself, but his whole shop thing and the basement sequence leading up to his fight felt pretty damn uncomfortable
@Lsst20 It's probably the same sort of principle. They're fictional characters, but still something personal and localized to a specific DnD group.
I'd ask just to be safe, especially if you forsee anyone other than you seeing it
@Whitestripe99@CloseCall_p "Thanks for the tip, I guess, but wow wtf is your problem" is the scene's intended takeaway. She's meant to be off-putting, and the game makes it clear there's a lot wrong with her, some of it in a funny way and some not.
@RandomMGSFan Yeah, it warmed my heart and made me a bit sad, seeing a Darkner have honest compassion for Kris. They aren't even really specifically addressed most of the time, so, to see someone reach out to them out of care... TvT
The slowed shop theme added to it too.
