$BERA
- a real chain with a bear on it with real native apps and $3bn+ pre-committed TVL
- token launched and isn't on top 100 charts atm
$MOVE
- token launched with any mainnet, without any native apps or
- top 75 tokens rn
says everything about incentive structures
Is there any single $bera "bull" who can give me one reason berachain needs to exist or what improvement or innovation it comes with?
Why are you bullish? Defend your case. Or just admit that you're hyping it to get rich.
@LayerZero_Labs : Let apps choose their security via DVNs. Validator sets are honey pots waiting to be exploited
LZ choosing DVN for @StargateFinance : 2/2 multi-sig, "securing" $400mn+
Ronin bridge had 11 validators and still got exploited for $600mn, and here we have 2 :)
Last week, a @LayerZero_Labs fanboy and $ZRO holder wrote a well researched report detailing serious concerns about LZ security, with potentially $10B+ of funds at risk.
There has been ZERO response from LZ, @PrimordialAA, @mark_murdock3 or anyone on the team.
The LZ team has chosen to ignore and dismiss this legitimate critique.
Some folks are going to say "yeah, yeah hart, you're just trying to battle with Bryan on twitter". Another (more reasonable) response might be "let's have a conversation about this".
I have long pointed out a pattern of disingenuous marketing by LZ. The team proudly claims that their protocol is censorship resistant. But it's not. Today, LZ uses a handful of multisigs to secure billions.
It would take nothing more than Gary sending a cease-and-desist letter to a couple DVNs to brick entire protocols. This feels like an unacceptable risk, and it feels doubly unacceptable to market the protocol as "censorship resistant", when it's not.
My ask: LZ please publicly respond to Sandman's critique. Be transparent about the current (not future) status of your protocol. I have no issues with progressive decentralization, but I think it's critically important to discuss these risks openly.
even if @megaeth labs is technically flawed, they won the attention game by just "pissing off monad"
good way to establish themselves as clear monad competitor
monad should have been smarter and should have avoided this... no engagement == no visibility
Quick, Puffy needs you!
Carrots have invaded our Ethereum waters, posing a threat to its decentralization. But no sweat – Puffy’s got this, munching on those carrots like a champ! 🐡🥕
Yes, Puffy's Crunchy Carrot Quest starts... TODAY!

best vertically integrated stack to bring users on-chain:
- Exchange: buy tokens
- Wallet: take custody of your tokens; go on-chain
- BASE: discover & use apps with the tokens (app-store)
- Ventures: accelerate apps (more users)
@fiddyresearch Why start with @LayerZero_Labs as the first "bridge" tho? Isn't their whole point: add any validation model in our protocol, we don't have any
@litocoen probably the most unethical team out there- not their first marketing gimmick
Surprising to see projects and major VCs willing to work with such bad actors
@coinbase is going to shock the stock markets with revenues from on-chain products in coming yrs:
- sequencer fee from @BuildOnBase
- revenue sharing with @circle (higher USDC on BASE -> more revenue)
- fee from @CoinbaseWallet & other products
