As a business owner and someone who generally spends way too much money on sound gear (being a 30 year sound engineer) I have to say "Shame on you" to @Sonos ... I won't lie.. I bought into the hype.

I am in absolute awe at the lack of customer service and customer care from this company.

Honestly one of the most disappointing audio systems I have ever bought.
