Not long ago I wrote an obituary on trumpeter Bill Phillips, an original member of Canadian Brass. For the obit, I spoke with the other original Canadian Brass trumpeter Stuart Laughton. He plays at Noonan's, on the Danforth. Some trumpet but mostly sings, guitars and plays harp.
It was one hell of a magical night in London last night. My first headlining show sold out and best friends flew in from all over the world to share the moment. Who could ask for anything more. Thanks to everyone who came out to @GreenNote last night. #myirishfamily@noonanspub
