Repetition REWIRES your Brain
When you Consciously Repeat a Word, an Act , a Practice, a Thought, etc it Gradually Cultures and Rewires your Mind and Mental Disposition and Construction

Repetition fundamentally rewires the brain. This continuous reshaping relies on neuroplasticity the brain's remarkable ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life.

Here is exactly how repetition changes your brain:

1) Strengthens Connections: Every time you repeat an action, thought, or emotion, the synapses (the connections between neurons) fire together and strengthen through a process called long-term potentiation.

2) Creates Automaticity: As these pathways become thicker and more efficient, the thoughts or physical movements require less conscious effort. This is how you learn to play a musical instrument, drive a car, or even form subconscious mental habits

3) No Bias for "Good" or "Bad": Neuroplasticity simply strengthens what you practice most. Repeated negative thoughts (like self-doubt) or unhealthy habits will wire those pathways just as quickly as positive thoughts or skills.

4) Tricks the Brain: The brain favors familiarity and efficiency. Repeating an idea frequently can cause the brain to treat it as a familiar truth, even if it is objectively false.

When it has gotten to the Point of becoming your NATURE it has gotten to its peak and then it DEFINES YOUR IDENTITY AND CONSTRUCTS YOU

This is why you shouldn't be saying Words that are negative to yourself because as you constantly repeat the same words to yourself, you are Gradually forming your Brain and mental disposition to think, act and operate in the direction you are giving it

This is why looking to yourself in the mirror and saying to yourself

"I am strong in the lord"
"I can do all things through Christ that Strengthens me"
"I am not defeated , I am victorious in Christ"
"I am the best and not a failure because I am the beloved of Christ"

As you consciously do this daily you are building your mind to Believe the Scripture and when satan wants to bring his words because you have built your mind it will resist the words from satan

No wonder the devil continuously is Telling you "oh you are a failure and a Disgrace"

He's doing so to construct and configure your mind to think in the realm of Defeat but via this Knowledge you can defeat him by Repeating the words the lord have said unto you to yourself

I was praying and then the mystery of the Cherubim and the Ophanim from Ezekiel 1, was shown to me.

They carry burdens like the bull, hence their steadfast strength and steady footing. They can wage war like the lion, for the lion possesses the strength to fight. They have the advanced vision and aerial advantage of the eagle, and they possess the intellect of man, enabling them to navigate in harmony with the Ophanim.

The Ophanim are divine instruments of movement, operated only by God. Their many eyes signify intelligence and awareness, yet this intelligence is far beyond anything that could be called artificial intelligence. They are described as wheels within wheels, designed for perfect balance and stability. Like a gimbal, they ensure that whatever they carry remains steady regardless of the direction of movement.
