@flyspicejet You guys charge customers for Name change but still cancel flight without 12 hr notice and because of that I had to spend more money to get to my home town. since we were all stressed at the airport because of this issue and the ensuing cancellation pls waive of the cancellation

@flyspicejet I cancelled rebooked and you guys cancelled the rebooked flight .. Till now haven’t received the refund .. Total cost is well over 68K INR for the modified booking and the flights you cancelled .. I have emailed custrelations and nodal officer .. Haven’t even received a response
