Neha was brutally stabbed to death by her friend Fayaz. The accused was immediately arrested by Karnataka police within hours. Soon after the CCTV video, several organisations included Muslims protesting and demanding strict punishment to the accused. His father demanded strict punishment to his son.

But you'll see Kannada News Channels and National News Channels trying to give it a communal colour by terming it as 'Love Jihad'. News Agency like @ANI has been giving updates every half an hour in this case.
Media channels are trying their best to communalize this unfortunate murder before elections.
You'll soon see this murder will be used by the BJP to appeal to voters in their election speeches. There are several similar unfortunate incidents across India, Both in the BJP ruled state and non BJP ruled states. But this case is special for the media because it has a Hindu-Muslim angle to it. There was another murder in Karnataka, but in that case, The accused was not a Muslim and the victim was a Hindu. Which is why people like @smitaprakash would strategically avoid reporting that.

I hate doing this comparison. Naming the accused and the religion. But it's important to highlight this because the media in India is selectively reporting and highlighting if the accused is from one community and avoiding reporting such incidents if the accused isn't a Muslim or from a BJP ruled state.

Today on Ambedkar Jayanti the Apex Body Leh, leading the movement in Ladakh announced the plans of the Pashmina March 2. The March wll start on #RamNavami April 17th marking the birth of Lord Rama who said... "Pran jaye par vachan na jaye"
This March will on foot by a small number of people, over high passes for a week to ten days.
