A 1 Star Review Almost Closed Her Restaurant… Then This Happened https://t.co/yfD0AlLSaE via @YouTube

@TTrimoreau Still worth it, but the reason changed.

You don't learn to code to write code anymore. You learn it so you can tell when the AI is wrong, and it's wrong more often than people admit.

Those who can read the code catch bugs before customers do. Those who can't, ship them.

@Joi2James Building ReviewLens for local businesses: restaurants, clinics, salons.

Most owners check their star rating and never read the reviews side by side. We read all of them and show what customers keep repeating.

Small tool, real problem.

[Noorkin @noorkin_dev]

Read your last 50 Google reviews in one sitting. Not the rating. The text.

You'll notice something uncomfortable:

The same 2–3 complaints keep showing up, and none of them are about the thing you're proudest of.

That gap is where your next month of fixes lives.

[Noorkin @noorkin_dev]

@TTrimoreau Building ReviewLens which helps local businesses find what customers keep repeating in Google reviews, beyond the star rating.

Would love your feedback on the landing page.

Restaurant owners: reply with your Google Maps link.

I'll tell you the #1 thing your customers keep complaining about that you probably don't know.

Free. No pitch. Just the pattern.

(ReviewLens does this at scale, but I'll do the first 10 by hand.)

Your Google reviews are more than ratings.

ReviewLens helps local businesses understand what customers keep mentioning again and again.

We are looking to partner with teams that need reliable software development.
As a bootstrapped company, we are currently building our own products from the ground up. To continue funding our vision, we are opening up our bandwidth to take on new freelance clients.
