In the courtyard of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, 16-year-old Mahmud Abu Al-Aish was shot dead by Israeli soldiers while being transported in a wheelchair to the X-ray room. According to eyewitnesses, Mahmud was with his family awaiting medical care when he was fatally shot.

The hospital was heavily bombarded with over 100 projectiles, causing extensive damage to all departments, including surgery rooms and the neonatal ICU. Critical infrastructure, such as water tanks, oxygen generators, and fuel tanks, was destroyed, with one tank catching fire. Three people were injured, and the situation remains deeply concerning. The hospital calls for an immediate halt to the attack and estimates it will take 10-24 hours to conduct urgent repairs, which require swift coordination.

The situation in northern Gaza is beyond catastrophic. Israeli occupation forces have destroyed about 90% of the buildings, leaving displaced families to seek shelter in schools. But over the past few months, these schools have also been targeted and destroyed. Now, thousands of people are sleeping on the streets without any shelter, with women and children forced to sleep on the ground. The end goal is to make northern Gaza uninhabitable in order to ethnically cleanse the remaining population to build settlements.
