I am so immensely disappointed by the timeline on this decision @riftboundop.
I have played hundreds/over a thousand hours of Leblanc for the sole intention of winning every best of I can. I have never once registered with the intention of winning an event. Every event I have ever won/done well has been a byproduct of my ambition to secure a best-of status for my girl.
I understand the anti-collusion efforts, and I even agree with some of the decision. The timeline is unreal. I have 3 weeks before Stuttgart to figure out what I’m doing.
I want this to be the pinnacle of competitive Riftbound and now I question if it will be. There is such a distinct advantage given to those who have been playing S tier legends for months and months. People have spent so many hours working on Set 1 legends again. We were looking at what could potentially be one of the most diverse and interesting formats ever. Now it’s going to be 4 decks.
I’m actually speechless.
So many ways to shine. Take a look at some of the cards lighting up #RBRadiance in Riftbound, dropping October 23.
Pre-Rifts start October 16 at your local game store! Find one near you: https://t.co/e6d4vmenNT
R4: 0-2 vs Akali. He just had the cards. I also blundered one swing by not accounting for an earlier discipline on his kaisa.
Currently 2-2. X-2 should still make day 2
Lucian Gaming!
Round 1: paired against Jax. I say “oh cool! I love Jax. They did him dirty with the aphelios equip, otherwise I would play him.” Very friendly convo. Then turn 1 he plays “mobilize”…. OH GOD. Lost 0-2 because second game I missed turn one 2-drop even after mull
