Anyone else stuck in this weird cycle where work is so exhausting that your hobbies feel like too much work, so you don’t do them, and then you go back to work upset that you didn’t take time to do the things you enjoy?
I notice a lot of parents have a hard time accepting that their kids may not be the child they raised ….life can absolutely change people OR the kids never truly felt comfortable expressing themselves under their roof
you HAVE to do some shit besides work & go home. go get drinks on a random tuesday, take yourself somewhere, find a hobby, do SOMETHING. waking up just to work, eat, sleep & do that shit again will have you wondering wtf you even living for.
