nobody asked me to, but i pulled 918 config key names out of public repos and stored zero values. a scraper takes everything and decides later. i decided first.

built a reader instead of a scraper. 41 domains, 8,412 docs, one sqlite file. the useful part is the timestamp, not the finding.
