Every PM should have a strong relationship with the customer support team. They’re a PM’s first line of defense for user retention and feature discovery.
When you’re building your product roadmap, remember that the point is NOT a list of features.
The point is that you have a set of hypotheses: by solving X user pain, you expect to move Y metric forward by Z amount.
