No one can tell me when they will be going out or the next steps if they are unable to fix it within the SLA. last week and was told our issue would be escalated..told today there was no escalation process. Can someone give me a meaningful update so we know what’s ahead of us?
@SkyIreland we’ve hit day 3 of a 3-5 SLA (plus 2 weekend days so we at at 5 days) of no service, no internet and no TV. Both myself and partner work from home. I rang and was told there’s no update…no engineer has gone out to see what the issue is.
