@GwynethPaltrow Here's how you live longer-regular medical tests-mammograms, OB-GYN check-ups, colonoscopies, etc. My mother lived until she was 95 and died from colon cancer, only because back in her day, colonoscopies weren't recommended. Ate whatever she wanted. 1926-2021.😀
