@RevRichardColes Pour it all in leave overnight then one pint of the lovely liquid to one pound of sugar. Put over low heat until sugar all dissolved then high heat until setting point - which is when a teaspoon of liquid is put on a cold saucer and it wrinkles. Into warmed jars - that’s it
