A few weeks ago, we had a terrible experience with @British_Airways and @AmericanAir because our luggage didn't arrive at our vacation destination. We incurred significant expenses and a great deal of stress—preventing us from fully enjoying our itinerary

@British_Airways This is your answer...
"Your message is a little longer than I can manage at once. To assist you quicker, may you please summarise in a few words so I can help?"
@British_Airways I already replied to your DM, but I'm being told my message is too long... I don't understand, then, when you say it's a real person handling it.
@British_Airways My question is: why can't I speak directly to a real person who handles customer service, instead of an AI chatbot?
Is it too much to ask for a phone number where a person—not a machine—actually answers? Or an email address that provides follow-up?
@British_Airways Then they asked me to file a new report, and guess what? I couldn't do it because they asked for my reservation confirmation number; when I provided it, they told me I couldn't move forward because that number had already expired—since it was for a past flight.
@British_Airways They gave me the same link you did, and—as you know—I couldn't get anywhere because the system asked for my details and a report number that had already expired.
@British_Airways Are you really telling me that? Of course I followed up and provided all the information, but in the end, I was always directed to speak with the team handling this issue.
@British_Airways@AmericanAir There is still one suitcase we haven't recovered, and we had to pay for a courier service ourselves to try and get it back.

@British_Airways@AmericanAir due to the airline's lack of customer service. We filed reports and dealt with their awful service system (which was just a computer that resolved nothing); out of five suitcases, we recovered four only towards the end of our trip.
@British_Airways CHRIS, I need to speak to a person, not AI. SOMEONE who can really help us. It has been a NIGHTMARE going back and forth to the airport, missing our tours and activities. WORST experience ever. @British_Airways
I would like to tell you that British Airways and American Airlines have been a nightmare, as our luggage didn't arrive in London and that completely ruined our trip through Europe. We are still waiting for a response. @British_Airways
@British_Airways Can someone please provide a contact for British Airways (Germany o Denmark) customer service that actually answers? The service is truly terrible; during our trip to Europe, we ended up with one lost suitcase and one broken one, and they refuse to take responsibility.
POR FAVOR ALGUIEN QUE ME PUEDA DAR UN CONTACTO QUE SI CONTESTE Y DE ATENCION AL CLIENTE DE BRITISH AIRLINES (ALEMANIA) PESIMO SERVICIO DE VERDAD EN NUESTRO VIAJE EN EUROPA TENEMOS UNA MALETA PERDIDA Y UNA ROTA Y NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES @British_Airways@AACenter
@British_Airways Could you please provide an email address or let us know where we can send the full explanation? It is impossible to get in touch with you; no one answers us.
Quisiera decirles que British airways y American Airlines han sido una pesadilla ya que nuestras maletas no llegaron a London y eso arruino x completo nuestro viaje por Europa
Aun seguimos esperando respuesta
