Seperkara lagi aku nak tambah, kalau boleh biasakan rutin "shutdown" , biasakan buat "digital detox"

Lepas pukul 6:30pm je biasakan matikan phone atau wifi, buat airplane mode kalau boleh, buat 1-2 jam je, lepas tu keluar berjalan, borak panjang dengan anak bini, baca buku, banyakkan bergerak.

Aku tengah membiasakan diri untuk tidak spend terlalu banyak masa baca contents orang lain di medsos, lagi-lagi belah malam, lagi-lagi yang ada unsur drama, tea spills, gaduh, kontroversi, NGL dan lain-lain. Benda ni sangatlah membuang masa dan takde manfaat.

Kita salurkan masa/tenaga kita dekat isu yg takde kaitan dengan kita.

Zaman online ni kita terlalu connected dengan strangers dekat online, learn how to disconnect.

Invest in yourself.
Build a business, buy equity, be healthy.
