🚨 CONVICTED | Coral Anderson, 33, from #mayland, #chelmsford, Essex CM3 – for the cruel mistreatment of a pony, who had to be put to sleep due to her neglect.

Anderson was convicted of causing unnecessary suffering to an Appaloosa horse named Doodles (pictured), who later had to be put down. It was found that she had failed to investigate or address the horse’s weight loss, poor condition, and a skin disease affecting his legs and body.

She also neglected to implement a proper worm control programme or provide an adequate diet.

Inspector Emma Beynon of the RSPCA said: “Doodles’ condition was among the most severe I have encountered.

“His health had declined significantly simply because he had not received basic care and his owner should have got him veterinary attention when he began to lose weight.

“During his 18 months in RSPCA` care, Doodles made significant progress and gained weight.

“However, the lasting impact of his previous neglect meant his body never fully recovered, leaving him vulnerable.

“When he deteriorated again from the damage already caused, veterinarians recommended euthanasia as the kindest course of action – a heartbreaking outcome for everyone involved in his care who had hoped for a different result.”

Gemma Stanford, director of welfare at the British Horse Society, f said: “This was a complex and difficult case which required a combined multi-agency approach resulting in a huge amount of effort for all involved.

“I am satisfied to see there has been a positive outcome in court and with it, justice for Doodles.”

Sentencing | 26 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months; 30 rehabilitation activity days; £600 in costs and a £154 victim surcharge. A 10-year ban on owning horses.

A Physician Assistant killed a lady by fobbing her off with a “nosebleed diagnosis” while she had a bowel obstruction and was vomiting blood. 💀☠️☠️

⭕️ The PA didn’t know how to perform a proper abdominal exam.

⭕️ They think all patients coming to the ED are just “anxious.”

⭕️ The recommendations from Leng’s review have not been actioned yet, and PAs are still being let loose on patients.
