A black man was found hanging from a tree RIGHT NEXT TO CITY HALL in my hometown. His name was Robert Fuller. Officials and local news are irresponsibly presenting it as a suicide and linking it to COVID19 without proof!

Practicing social distancing doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get fresh air. Getting fresh air is very important! It is a good refresh that could possibly improve your mood and make you feel more alert. It’s the start of a new week!

Good Afternoon Bearkats and welcome to our first edition of Wisdom Wednesday’s.
During this time of remote education we want to be sure you stay encouraged. Although this is a very difficult time use it as a time to readjust, get on track, and stay focus.
As we navigate our day to day lives sometimes it feels like we are not making progress towards the things we want. During this time allow yourself to realize that if we keep taking those steps at the end of the day, week, month, and year we achieve BIG things.
