@DougJones I love this state but I have no optimism that it will choose someone qualified for governor, like you, over someone who has proven himself time and again to be the worst senator in history, like Tubberville. He will make our great state even more of a laughingstock than Ivey did.
So I’ve made it official folks: I’ve filed the paperwork to run for Governor of Alabama. It’s time to remind this state of who we are and what we can accomplish together.

@InnaVernikov@ZohranKMamdani oh girlie pop normally I love when conservatives make a fool of themselves but I'm getting bad second hand embarrassment from this...
As I have repeatedly stated, I do not take my positions based on what is the most popular. I take my positions based on my beliefs. I am not going to budge on my values to panhandle for votes.
I have faith that voters in this district will respond to sincerity and conviction.
@runforsomething But even when we put someone exceptional on the ballot, Democrats in Alabama just can't beat the devotion to Trumpism.
Next year is going to be dark. I yearn for young progressives to save us, but it's not looking good.
Seeing the bleak future where Tuberville, one of our worst senators in history, becomes the new governor of Alabama and brings us further into the hole than Kay Ivey could even dream of leaving us... Just has me wishing someone from @runforsomething would work their magic on us.
@KingCam79@CalltoActivism That's why I'm just supporting the drama from afar. When your enemies are fighting each other, just watch it unfold. If either one of them loses influence from the battle, good.
@MrBeast@Marco_Acortes Jimmy, I just want to say that I thought this post that you replied to was hilarious. Then I scrolled down and saw that you replied to it, and the smile forming on my face vanished instantly. I don't think you can understand how fast it vanished. Instant. Like it wasn't there.
