Young Joshua Brooks goes deep again! Most players don’t hit bombs till they are 12!! This young man is 10 and has 3 already. He has worked hard for 2 years and has become one of the top players in his age group. I tip my cap to you today my little junk talking buddie lol!!

The average D1 baseball player is on a 43% scholarship. Every D1 football player is on a 100% scholarship. Many great African-American athletes are essentially forced to play FB in an attempt to secure the full athletic-aid the NCAA awards all FB players. Time to change that.

It’s an uphill battle being a 2022 or even a 2023 HS grad weighing 135-150 lbs.

Trying to compete with guys 185-200+ lbs isn’t impossible but it’s very difficult.

Things you can control:
- Strength training
