Great to see former Canadiens goalie Jake Allen on TV intermission panel for #Habs game. He's a natural for TV. One of the nicest and most intelligent athletes I've ever dealt with. Could become another Ray Ferraro after he hangs up his pads #Habs Montreal Gazette photo
My friend Bobby Betts wrote this wonderful Substack post after we sat down for a chat. “Just two buddies having a say,” as he puts it.
It’s a fair but friendly look at our party, its recent history, and where we’re at in this Leadership contest. It’s like a Rolling Stone article from the 1990’s - I think you’ll like it.
Thank you Bobby!

@CanadiensMTL Carey Price had his first NHL start against Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh, and we won. Patrick Roy, his first NHL start was also against Pittsburgh, also in Pittsburgh. We won. Ken Dryden? You guessed it. Vs the penguins in Pittsburgh, we won. We play Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh, Thurs
An Alert Ready has been issued for the #Zealand and #BurttsCorner regions as police are searching for individuals reported to be carrying firearms. Please shelter in place and avoid the area.

JP is correct. I was NB rep and Vice Chair on the Canadian committee on internal trade in the early 2000s. We have significant internal trade barriers between provinces. JP did not even mention the protection Quebec Dairy industry which is a real political
The only disconnect that exists between the fans of the Toronto Blue Jays and their beloved team is the universally despised front office that keeps deflecting, pivoting, justifying and rationalizing their brutal corporate incompetence, year in and year out.
They are literally printing money while the faithful do a slow burn into an era of baseball where mediocrity is normalized and celebrated by paid analysts, industry insiders and network hosts who know better but need to stay gainfully employed.
It’s a sad and pathetic spectacle for a once proud franchise that did anything and everything to win, and made us all feel like we were part of something really special and worthwhile.
This has to be the longest standing ovation for anyone or anything I have ever witnessed.
4000 high school students in Normandy, France standing to honor our World War II veterans.
This area in northern France has not forgotten the events of 80 years ago.
Honored and humbled beyond words to be here with my daughter volunteering with the @bestdefense_ supporting their mission to “take care of the ones who took care of us” assisting World War II veterans as they return to the sand and soil on which they fought.
MSA's 12th Annual First Cast will take place on June 22nd and 23rd. This is a complimentary, all-ages event where anglers, with the help of volunteers from the MSA, can introduce friends and family to the sport of fly-fishing. To register, please visit: https://t.co/3umKYVoUkV
Exactly. I my experience was that business community leaders are great at complaining and making suggestions. When the rubber hits the road and there are protests on the legislature grounds, they were nowhere to be found. Cowards.
I am a big BJ and Vladdy fan but this is getting a bit old and childish. Ok to have fun but we call it the big leagues for a reason. Act like a pro. Just stop it please. #bluejays
