@Teslarati Y'all kiddos are too young to know the reason for this "feature". Back in the day people were concerned about the interior cabin getting so hot it would damage the MCU, other electronics and displays. Thus, that option was added to keep the cabin cooler for those, not passngrs.

@Tesla Wish this was the case; it wasn't. Recently bought two Model S' and had the same experience with both. High-pressure from "advisor" and constant push to pick a delivery date, before anything was lined up (including the trade-in offer). Not as bad as a dealership, but stressful.
