State Track went well! Here were my times and jumps this year:
Long Jump- 21’8” (6th place at state)
300 hurdles- 40.91 (7th place at state)
4x100 relay- 42.56 (School Record and 2nd at state)
4x400 relay- 3:23.54(School Record and 2nd at state)

Weight lifting is not bad for you…but it is like driving a fast car.
You have to know your limits as a driver, or else you can mess yourself up.
Likewise, know your limits under the bar and you’ll be fine.
But don’t blame the barbell that you messed yourself up with it.
The number one reason you’re not in as good of shape as you’d like to be…
You’re just not very strong.
Here’s 5 reasons why you should focus on building strength over everything else:
If you’re 20 years old, you’ve already lived a quarter of your life. You don’t have time to waste. Figure out what the hell you want in life and get after it.
